"Vibing in Style" Store Refund Policy:
"Vibing in Style" utilizes the services of a print-on-demand company, for production and shipment of all products. All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product. We don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items, nor do our print providers.
Once your order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
However, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, printing issues and such, we can offer a replacement order free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for defective products and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund.
