CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Graphic Design Services - Payment/Refund Policy
Polly Graphic Design requires a 50% downpayment to begin any design project. This downpayment is non-refundable once work has started on your first proof. If customer is dissatisfied with the first proof, project may be cancelled with no further funds due. However, Polly Graphic Design will make all reasonable efforts to revise designs to the customer’s liking in the 2nd and 3rd proof, included in the purchase price and the remaining balance is due upon project completion. However, if customer cancels project at any point after the second proof is provided, customer is responsible for paying the full balance of the agreed upon design fee or for the design time incurred at an hourly rate of $140/hr. These terms apply regardless of circumstances, ie. customer changes his/her mind, decides the design is no longer needed, decides to do something different, or is otherwise dissatisfied.
